Use this hub to see who owns customer-facing conclusions, what evidence supports material claims, how AI and tools are bounded, how uncertainty and contradictions stay visible, and what changes when something is wrong.
You should be able to answer these questions without reading a legal or methodological wall of text.

Polish can make weak assurance look strong. These substitutes are deliberately rejected.
A longer bibliography does not fix a weak evidence-to-claim relationship.
Tone is not evidence. Uncertainty should become visible when it matters to the decision.
AI can help discover, organise or synthesise evidence. It does not by itself authorize a customer-facing claim or recommendation.
A new number is not meaningful unless the change and its decision impact are recorded.
SERPIFAI should not imply certification or conformance that has not been directly established.
A trust page is weak if the limitation appears only after the reader has acted on the claim.
Security, privacy, reliability and compliance are common trust-centre concerns. Decision intelligence adds a second problem: whether the method, evidence and published conclusion can be inspected.
| Typical approach | SERPIFAI control |
|---|---|
| Security controls and vulnerability management | Security boundary plus whether decision-support logic changes are governed. |
| Privacy and data management | Data boundary plus whether source provenance and evidence use are visible. |
| Availability and operational reliability | Delivery reliability plus whether direct-test status is honestly separated from static review. |
| Compliance documentation | Public standards plus explicit limits on what SERPIFAI is and is not claiming. |
| Policies and certifications | Editorial review, corrections and methodology lineage as first-class trust surfaces. |
These states prevent a polished page from implying more certainty than the evidence supports.
A test or inspection was performed on the exact relevant surface.
The file or markup supports a finding, but runtime behavior remains untested.
A conclusion is derived from evidence and labelled as such.
The relevant direct test has not yet been performed.
A missing dependency prevents the next direct test.
The control or test is irrelevant to this surface, with a stated reason.
No. External standards are used as reference points for specific controls. A reference is not certification, accreditation or proof of full conformance.
Because a decision-support product becomes less trustworthy when users cannot distinguish what was checked from what was inferred or remains pending.
A spelling or layout fix should not imply that the decision method changed. Conversely, a material logic change should not be hidden inside ordinary page maintenance.
Use the route named in the relevant standard. Accessibility, corrections and security issues have different review consequences even if the initial contact channel is shared.
A trustworthy system records which layer changed because the review consequence is different.
Guided navigation, mobile layout, evidence visualization and progressive disclosure can improve without changing the decision rule.
Dimensions, weights, critical gates, controlled values and classification precedence require explicit method-version treatment when they materially change.
New public pages, buyer evidence, win/loss or independent verification may change a result without changing the underlying method.
These authorities provide reference points for content quality, accessibility, privacy, secure development and correction visibility. SERPIFAI's public governance model is its own operating synthesis; citations do not certify it.
This hub is intentionally non-sales. Trust is more credible when the next action is the relevant evidence or policy—not a generic conversion form.
Start with Editorial Review for publication authority, Claims & Evidence for provenance, or Security/Data Handling for delivery boundaries.
