Free decision scope review

Scope the decisionbefore you pay for the analysis.

You do not need to know which service to buy or have the answer. Bring the decision. SERPIFAI tests whether it is FIT, needs ONE CHANGE or is NOT FIT, then returns the smallest sufficient next step in writing—before any payment can exist.

Scope Review Contract

This review tests the decision—not your willingness to buy.

We ask only enough to decide whether there is a bounded, defensible piece of work. This is not a quiz and certainty is not rewarded: unknowns, contradictions and a useful NOT FIT outcome are all allowed.

01

Decision

What consequential choice must leadership make?

02

Trigger

Why does the decision need to be made now?

03

Stakes

What changes if the team acts—or acts on the wrong story?

04

Boundary

Which market, service, competitors and buyer context belong?

05

Evidence

What can be observed, what is inferred and what remains unresolved?

06

Release

Which actions are allowed if the evidence passes review?

Research valueDecision relevance × reliability × uncertainty reduction × consequence—not signal volume.

Decision Scope Builder

Three short screens. You do not need to choose a service.

Start with the decision and answer only what you know. “I’m not sure” is a valid answer. The free result shows what is established, what remains unresolved and whether founder review is useful at all.

The decision

What are you trying to decide, and where does that decision apply?

What are you trying to decide?Choose the closest option. This guides the questions that follow.
Use the market that matters to this decision, not every market you serve.
Keep this to the offer or business line the decision affects.
A useful decision question usually names an action and what the action applies to.
Start with:

Evidence ceiling

The conclusion cannot be stronger than the evidence underneath it.

Scope review defines the strongest claim the available evidence can support. Missing, stale or contradictory evidence is a boundary condition—not something to hide with confident language.

01Observed

Directly supported by captured evidence.

02Inferred

A reasoned interpretation, kept separate from direct observation.

03Unresolved

Materially unknown, conflicting or insufficient for certainty.

If evidence is sufficientRelease the narrowest defensible recommendation.
If evidence is insufficientONE CHANGE, DEFER or NOT FIT—rather than manufacture certainty.

Operating boundary

Know what this service is—and what it deliberately refuses to become.

The scope review protects both sides from buying the wrong operating model.

IN SCOPE

One consequential decision with inspectable evidence.

  • Competitor relevance and decision boundary.
  • Search + AI evidence interpreted through business consequence.
  • Investment, positioning, product or pricing decision support.
  • Contradiction and alternative-explanation challenge.
  • Founder-reviewed portable handoff with explicit limits.
DIFFERENT OPERATING MODEL

Continuous infrastructure, bulk data or implementation-only work.

  • Always-on monitoring, alerts and battlecards.
  • Unlimited competitors or markets within one fixed fee.
  • Bulk keyword exports and automated audit reporting.
  • Primary-research programmes requiring large interview samples.
  • Guaranteed ranking, traffic, revenue or predetermined outcomes.

If the scope passes

SERPIFAI recommends the smallest complete engagement capable of resolving the decision.

The free Scope Review does not select a package or authorize payment. These paths are orientation only. Founder review confirms the exact boundary, timing, deliverables, fee and commercial terms in writing, and the buyer chooses whether to proceed.

VALIDATE

Decision Check

For the narrower question: is this direction sufficiently justified to go further?

€1,250 / $1,500
Public orientation only. The approved Scope Decision controls the exact engagement.
DECIDE

Decision Brief

For the decision question: what should we do?

€3,000 / $3,500
Founder-reviewed recommendation. For a new Decision Brief, one payment for the accepted total follows written-scope acceptance; FIT alone never triggers payment.
ACTIVATE

Decision Activation

For the controlled-action question: how should we put the decision into action?

From €7,500 / $8,500
Includes 30/60/90 decision architecture, not implementation delivery.
FIT is not payment authority. The founder-approved written scope controls what is included, excluded, timed and priced. New Decision Brief engagements use one payment for the accepted total after scope acceptance; Activation, Advisory and any custom schedule are governed separately in writing.

Before you submit

Straight answers about the scope gate.

Is the preliminary FIT signal an acceptance decision?

No. The builder is a scope instrument, not a lead score. Founder review controls final acceptance, and the written scope defines the actual boundary before payment.

What happens if the evidence is too weak?

The conclusion is narrowed, deferred or rejected rather than presented as certainty. A scope review may return ONE CHANGE or NOT FIT if the evidence ceiling cannot support the requested decision.

Do I need to know the exact competitors already?

No. Suggested competitors are useful context, but final inclusion is reviewed for business relevance, substitutability, market overlap and the decision being evaluated.

Does the scope review cost anything?

No. No payment is requested during scope review. If a paid engagement is appropriate, the boundary, deliverables, fee and exclusions are confirmed in writing first.

What if I mainly need monitoring or implementation?

Continuous monitoring remains a different operating model. Selected Search + AI, technical search architecture and search-led website work can be reviewed as implementation fit. The Scope Review can still RESCOPE the work, delay it, return NOT FIT or recommend another specialist when that is the better answer.

Controlled entry

A useful Scope Review can save you from buying the wrong kind of help.

That is the point. The decision, evidence ceiling and operating fit should be clear before money changes hands—and NOT FIT can be a useful answer.
