If you proceed
The accepted work passes four checks before handoff.
You do not need to manage these checks. The Founder sees the next required check and the system prevents a project from skipping straight from delivery to completion.
The agreed work, exclusions and start needs are current before work starts.
The agreed work is finished and stays inside the written scope.
Relevant technical, Search, mobile, accessibility and measurement checks are complete.
Known limits, recovery needs, handoff material and reopen conditions are documented.
Material change or handoff issue? The four checks reopen. Passing an earlier version does not automatically approve changed work or a newly discovered release problem.
Questions
Straight answers before you send it.
Will I see a price immediately?
No. An instant price before the scope is known would be false precision. SERPIFAI first checks the request and public site. If the work fits, the Founder approves one exact fixed project fee.
Can the project be made smaller?
Yes. That is an intended outcome. If a smaller boundary solves the real problem, the Founder can return that instead of selling the larger request.
When can payment be requested?
Only after you receive and accept the written scope, exact total fee and payment schedule. Payoneer handles the secure payment request. SERPIFAI does not ask for card or bank credentials.
What if I am still deciding whether this work is needed?
The Founder can route the request to Decision Scope Review first. Implementation should not turn uncertainty into a build project.
Can I use my own developers or agency?
Yes. The scope can make SERPIFAI responsible only for the architecture, specialist implementation work or QA that is actually needed.
How is finished work checked?
Accepted implementation passes four checks: Scope Ready, Work Complete, Final Checks and Handoff Ready. A material scope change reopens the checks, and the final client handoff is completed as a separate step.
